We found Bayside through a frantic internet search when our AC had gone out AGAIN in the summer heat (while pregnant, mind you. Not fun). We were unsatisfied with another local company who continued to give us the run around and couldn't figure out what was wrong.One phone call later, Bayside comes out less than 24 hours later and is able to diagnose the issue. Kevin was an absolute gem and really helped us to understand what was going wrong with our hvac system and was thorough in explaining why. He gave us multiple options for where to go from there and as soon as we decided, he promptly scheduled us to have it fixed. We finally have stable ac and heat! Could not recommend Bayside enough!!!

Kevin was fantastic to work with - he was very knowledgeable, open, and honest about the issue we were having. He wasn't able to fix our issue because our system is so proprietary, it required an OEM technician. But he was straightforward and did all of the inspections that he could in order to make his visit worthwhile. He gave us good recommendations on the problems with our ductwork. I would absolutely use Bayside again for my HVAC issues (I just wish I didn't have such a locked down system).

I wasn’t available the next day, so he came out first thing on Thursday morning and had me back up and running before 11:00. Kevin and Blake were extremely hard-working and dedicated and were able to diagnose a complex problem and get it done over a period of two days. They moved the air conditioner out from under the back porch and serviced it got the pressure correct, got the fan motor working, cleaned it and were able to get it up and running again. I'm very pleased with Kevin from Bayside. He was extremely responsive and communicative. I first had him come out for a routine service, which he gave me a 2 hour window for and kept me informed that day when he was on his way. I really appreciated this, as I work outside the home. During the service, he found some issues and proposed multiple solutions to address them, giving me the facts and not trying to sell me on anything I didn't need. He's clearly very knowledgeable and made me feel extremely comfortable. I ended up choosing the more expensive option to get my entire Heat Pump replaced. He scheduled me in very quickly and when the day of installation came, he again kept me informed on his arrival time. He and his sheet metal guy were respectful of my newly-planted grass and my home, leaving it clean after the fact. Kevin even educated me on how to improve the efficiency of my system. I sincerely highly recommend Kevin and am so grateful I chose Bayside to perform this work.

We would highly recommend Bayside Heating & Cooling! We came to work, and the heat was suddenly not working. Tried calling half a dozen places to find someone who could service the HVAC on the same day. Could not get a live person on the phone until I called Bayside. The owner was able to come within the hour, and he fixed the problem very quickly. I especially appreciated the fact that he was not pushy about purchasing a maintenance plan for the unit, although that may be something that we will consider down the road as the unit ages. He was professional and courteous. I highly recommend this company!

We contacted Bayside when our furnace unexpectedly gave out on one of the coldest days we've had so far this year. I wasn't expecting a response the day I reached out, since they had already closed for the day. Kevin emailed me within an hour of me leaving a message and set up an appointment for the next day. He arrived promptly, fixed what he suspected was the issue with our furnace, and was very pleasant. Unfortunately, our furnace has other plans. Kevin was again incredibly responsive and came out again the next day to diagnose the problem, ordered a new part for it, and then came to replace it as soon as it came in. My husband and I were beyond impressed with his timeliness in regards to responding to messages, as well as turn around time in coming out to repair our furnace multiple times. We will absolutely use Bayside again for any future needs and refer them to anyone else who is looking for a heating/cooling service!

He called back within 30mins and came over quickly to fix our AC. He did a great job and his price was the best in comparison to other companies. Kevin has been amazing to work with! We tried two different companies before finding Bayside. They basically were worthless and never fixed the problem. Kevin came in (the first time we met him) right away. We were without heat in January. He diagnosed the problem, gave us a truthful answer, and several choices on how to remedy the situation. His work is always meticulous. (My husband is an engineer and says he does good work). Kevin has since replaced two units for us. Our HVACs all run smoothly and efficiently. He also does our bi-annual maintenance, as well. He is always prompt (you won't be kept waiting). I feel grateful to have Kevin as "our hvac guy". I trust him and his work and like knowing that we have someone on our side.
