Kevin was a lifesaver! He came out and diagnosed the problem with my heating system on short notice at the end of the day on a Tuesday. I wasn’t available the next day, so he came out first thing on Thursday morning and had me back up and running before 11:00. He provided estimates, let me know what he was doing throughout the process, and was unfailingly professional. Would recommend 10/10.

Kevin McClain is one of the kindest, most professional, and most attentive service providers I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Additionally, his employees are just as diligent and nice to interact with. He spent hours to carefully install our new HVAC. He came up with the most reasonable solution for us financially, and then delivered sooner than scheduled when the weather turned. I give them eight stars out of five. Kevin and Blake were extremely hard-working and dedicated and were able to diagnose a complex problem and get it done over a period of two days. They moved the air conditioner out from under the back porch and serviced it got the pressure correct, got the fan motor working, cleaned it and were able to get it up and running again. I highly recommend Bayside Heating & Cooling.

I'm very pleased with Kevin from Bayside. He was extremely responsive and communicative. I first had him come out for a routine service, which he gave me a 2 hour window for and kept me informed that day when he was on his way. I really appreciated this, as I work outside the home. During the service, he found some issues and proposed multiple solutions to address them, giving me the facts and not trying to sell me on anything I didn't need. He's clearly very knowledgeable and made me feel extremely comfortable. I ended up choosing the more expensive option to get my entire Heat Pump replaced. He scheduled me in very quickly and when the day of installation came, he again kept me informed on his arrival time. He and his sheet metal guy were respectful of my newly-planted grass and my home, leaving it clean after the fact. Kevin even educated me on how to improve the efficiency of my system. I sincerely highly recommend Kevin and am so grateful I chose Bayside to perform this work.

We would highly recommend Bayside Heating & Cooling! We came to work, and the heat was suddenly not working. Tried calling half a dozen places to find someone who could service the HVAC on the same day. Could not get a live person on the phone until I called Bayside. The owner was able to come within the hour, and he fixed the problem very quickly. I especially appreciated the fact that he was not pushy about purchasing a maintenance plan for the unit, although that may be something that we will consider down the road as the unit ages. He was professional and courteous. I highly recommend this company!

We contacted Bayside when our furnace unexpectedly gave out on one of the coldest days we've had so far this year. I wasn't expecting a response the day I reached out, since they had already closed for the day. Kevin emailed me within an hour of me leaving a message and set up an appointment for the next day. He arrived promptly, fixed what he suspected was the issue with our furnace, and was very pleasant. Unfortunately, our furnace has other plans. Kevin was again incredibly responsive and came out again the next day to diagnose the problem, ordered a new part for it, and then came to replace it as soon as it came in. My husband and I were beyond impressed with his timeliness in regards to responding to messages, as well as turn around time in coming out to repair our furnace multiple times. We will absolutely use Bayside again for any future needs and refer them to anyone else who is looking for a heating/cooling service!

Kevin has been amazing to work with! We tried two different companies before finding Bayside. They basically were worthless and never fixed the problem. Kevin came in (the first time we met him) right away. We were without heat in January. He diagnosed the problem, gave us a truthful answer, and several choices on how to remedy the situation. His work is always meticulous. (My husband is an engineer and says he does good work). Kevin has since replaced two units for us. Our HVACs all run smoothly and efficiently. He also does our bi-annual maintenance, as well. He is always prompt (you won't be kept waiting). I feel grateful to have Kevin as "our hvac guy". I trust him and his work and like knowing that we have someone on our side.

We were new to the area and our furnace humidifier needed to be replaced. I looked online and found Bayside Heating & Cooling and chose them after reading other positive reviews. We worked with Kevin and found him to be knowledgeable, prompt and respectful. After checking our furnace, he gave us several recommendations and left the final decision to us without any pressure. Once the decision was made, he promptly scheduled and completed the repair mindful of Covid challenges. We were very pleased and highly recommend them.

We worked with Kevin first to diagnose the trouble with our 10 year old HVAC unit (poorly maintained by our home's former owners), and Kevin and Jason together to install a new system. Kevin was honest, fair, and incredibly helpful. He answered our questions and gave us the information we needed to decide whether to keep our old, questionable system going, or move ahead with a newer, more reliable one. We've had our new HVAC for 2 months now, and we are SO grateful for it. Our energy bill for our 3 bedroom townhome went from ~$250/month this winter running the heat, to ~$150/month running the AC. We recently contracted with Bayside to install a new HVAC system. It wasn't trivial, since we wanted to relocate the outdoor unit from the back to the side of the house. I had 4 other contractors bid on the work. None were as thorough as Kevin and Jayson. We are super delighted with the work they performed. Great install, attention to detail, neat, and they do what they say they are going to do. You can't go wrong with these guys.
