Kevin was absolutely spot on with diagnosis. This problem started 14 years ago with the builder going cheap and undersizing the unit, with a 2 ton unit. We purchased the house in December of 2013, no AC needed in December. In July of that year we had a hot streak in the hundreds, upstairs rooms were 92°, builder cam back a tried to fix it on the cheap. With the excessive heat this year 2024, it was unbearable, we called Kevin, he came out advised us what was going on and what needed to be done to fix the problem once and for all. He brought his crew out on Saturday and they were very nice and professional! When they were done Kevin spent an extra hour double checking everything. Today it is 73° upstairs and a cool 72° downstairs. That has never happened since we have owned this house. Great job Kevin and thank you very much!!!

Working with Bayside was a terrific experience! When I called on a Saturday, I left a message and he called me back within an hour to schedule an appointment. Kevin arrived when he said he would. He ran the diagnostics, showed me the results and explained them all to me. He made suggestions for the repairs and did them quickly, explaining what he was doing as he went along. Over the top experience. They were at my house within an hour of my call and I was greeted by an experienced professional. He identified the problem quickly and had the thermostat I needed in the van and replaced my old one. Could have had a better experience.
I called Bayside around 4:00 in the afternoon and left a message. I thought that I would not hear anything back until the next day. Instead, I received a return call about 90 minutes later. Kevin was able to squeeze me intro his schedule for the next day (probably during his lunch break). He came on time and fixed the problem in a timely manner. This type of service is not found much anymore. I appreciate the way he runs his business.

Outstanding service as always. Kevin is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and personable. He was able to come out the next day and got our aging unit working to get us through the summer. Bayside is going to install a new unit in the fall. There really is a difference with a local smaller company. Bayside takes their time and is always focused on what's best for the customer. You won't get that from the larger companies. I can't recommend Bayside enough.
Bayside did an outstanding job replacing our 20+ year old A/C unit with a modern and reasonably priced heat pump. Kevin made it a point to make sure we were informed of relevant tax credits and the cost breakdown of similar units. He did the job impressively quick and with a keen eye for attention to detail despite the massive workload. Kevin was extremely professional throughout and I'd 100% recommend him to anyone looking for A/C or Heating work in the area!

Best experience I've ever had with a repair! It was 90+ degrees on a Sunday holiday weekend when my AC started making an awful noise. It had been serviced last fall by Arundel heating and that was an awful experience. Found Bayside and hoped they could give me a next day appointment. Kevin answered the phone and came out 7:25 on a Sunday! No extra charge! Less expensive than weekday charge by Arundel! Problem was fixed promptly! Highly recommend! Thanks Kevin. We found Bayside through a frantic internet search when our AC had gone out AGAIN in the summer heat (while pregnant, mind you. Not fun). We were unsatisfied with another local company who continued to give us the run around and couldn't figure out what was wrong.One phone call later, Bayside comes out less than 24 hours later and is able to diagnose the issue. Kevin was an absolute gem and really helped us to understand what was going wrong with our hvac system and was thorough in explaining why. Kevin was fantastic to work with - he was very knowledgeable, open, and honest about the issue we were having. He wasn't able to fix our issue because our system is so proprietary, it required an OEM technician. But he was straightforward and did all of the inspections that he could in order to make his visit worthwhile. He gave us good recommendations on the problems with our ductwork. I would absolutely use Bayside again for my HVAC issues (I just wish I didn't have such a locked down system).
THE BEST! got bayside’s contact from my neighbor friend bc she had a great experience. we’ve been needing a new servicer for yearly maintenance and I’m so happy I called Kevin. Even though he just did a simple tune up for us, he went over and beyond my expectations. Kevin was a lifesaver! He came out and diagnosed the problem with my heating system on short notice at the end of the day on a Tuesday. I wasn’t available the next day, so he came out first thing on Thursday morning and had me back up and running before 11:00. He provided estimates, let me know what he was doing throughout the process, and was unfailingly professional. Would recommend 10/10.

Kevin and Blake were extremely hard-working and dedicated and were able to diagnose a complex problem and get it done over a period of two days. They moved the air conditioner out from under the back porch and serviced it got the pressure correct, got the fan motor working, cleaned it and were able to get it up and running again.
