The customer service was outstanding. They came out the same day to tackle an A/C issue that had been ongoing for years. The technician worked diligently to fix it and provided practical solutions to prevent future problems. However, after he left, the issue seemed to resurface. I reached out again, and within hours, a couple of technicians and even the owner arrived to ensure everything was sorted out. It's been almost a month since then, and a problem that had plagued us for over two years, despite attempts from several other companies, is finally resolved. The technicians, owner, etc ... are extremely knowledgeable, and very personable. I would definitely recommend this company for any A/C needs.

Bayside replaced our air conditioner after the old unit failed. From start to finish, Bayside's service was above and beyond. Kevin, the owner, quoted three options, did a great job explaining each one, and answered our questions. We chose a 15.2 SEER2 Amana unit, the middle of the road option, in part because it has a lifetime unit replacement warrantee should the compressor fail. We found this warrantee to be the best out there. Once we chose the unit, Kevin rearranged their schedule to get our job done quickly. He stopped by during installation to check that we were satisfied with how it was going and to answer any questions. It's clear he values relationships, as we discussed family (his young son was even with him on the visit) among other things in addition to the actual air conditioning job. He even sent a small thank you gift after the job was complete. Eric and Alvaro did the installation and were very knowledgeable, neat, and efficient. They, too, explained what they were doing and answered our questions. When they were finished, Eric walked us through both the inside and outside portions of the job. We have since signed up for the maintenance plan, which conveniently bills a credit card each month. I can't recommend Bayside enough!

Our AC went out after a big storm. We called several places but Bayside got back to us quickly and fit us in their schedule. Just phenomenal service all around from the scheduling with Lisa to our technician Alvaro. Alvaro was very patient and efficient. What was a very stressful moment was easily fixed by his expertise. I’m not surprised they have five stars because they deserve it. We’ll be signing up for their maintenance plan too. Cannot recommend them enough!

I had Bayside replace my entire HVAC system which is a two-zone system, so two outdoor units and two indoor units. Great team at Bayside Heating & Cooling!We are new to the area & during this frigid weather they came to our rescue! Our heat pump wasn't delivering much heat and it was getting colder! (12 degrees that night) They immediately came out and Eric went under the house & found 2 reasons for the problem & fixed one right then & there which made a huge difference! I recently had an outstanding experience with Bayside Heating and Cooling. My furnace broke down, and after booking an appointment on their website, Eric arrived the same day to diagnose the issue. The inspection fee was $120, which was later applied to the furnace repair itself—a great policy that saved me money.Eric discovered the problem was a faulty control panel and clearly explained several replacement options, outlining the pros and cons of each. Because my furnace was already over 16 years old, I decided on a more budget-friendly approach. Eric then took the extra step of calling around and checking online to find the best price for the part. He picked it up and installed it the same day, saving me at least $500 in the process.I especially appreciated Eric’s transparency and willingness to go the extra mile. This stood out compared to a previous experience I had with another company, Home Constellation, which charged a nonrefundable $99 fee (not applied to further work), which was bumped to $124 for half an hour spent diagnosing the issue. They quoted around $900 for the control panel plus $250 for labor, and when I asked for a detailed breakdown, no one followed up for two days. In contrast, Bayside gave me immediate answers, multiple options, and finished the job that day.Overall, I think Home Constellation under performed and Bayside Heating and Cooling went the extra mile, and I lucked out getting Eric, who worked unfazed by our overly friendly rescue Akita's kibitzing.

Kevin was absolutely spot on with diagnosis. This problem started 14 years ago with the builder going cheap and undersizing the unit, with a 2 ton unit. We purchased the house in December of 2013, no AC needed in December. In July of that year we had a hot streak in the hundreds, upstairs rooms were 92°, builder cam back a tried to fix it on the cheap. With the excessive heat this year 2024, it was unbearable, we called Kevin, he came out advised us what was going on and what needed to be done to fix the problem once and for all. He brought his crew out on Saturday and they were very nice and professional! When they were done Kevin spent an extra hour double checking everything. Today it is 73° upstairs and a cool 72° downstairs. That has never happened since we have owned this house. Great job Kevin and thank you very much!!!

Best experience I've ever had with a repair! It was 90+ degrees on a Sunday holiday weekend when my AC started making an awful noise. It had been serviced last fall by Arundel heating and that was an awful experience. Found Bayside and hoped they could give me a next day appointment. We found Bayside through a frantic internet search when our AC had gone out AGAIN in the summer heat (while pregnant, mind you. Not fun). We were unsatisfied with another local company who continued to give us the run around and couldn't figure out what was wrong.One phone call later, Bayside comes out less than 24 hours later and is able to diagnose the issue. Kevin was an absolute gem and really helped us to understand what was going wrong with our hvac system and was thorough in explaining why. Kevin was fantastic to work with - he was very knowledgeable, open, and honest about the issue we were having. He wasn't able to fix our issue because our system is so proprietary, it required an OEM technician. But he was straightforward and did all of the inspections that he could in order to make his visit worthwhile. He gave us good recommendations on the problems with our ductwork. I would absolutely use Bayside again for my HVAC issues (I just wish I didn't have such a locked down system).
